The Founders - we are FLOWYZE!
Olaf and Silvan met many years ago.
Back then, it all started with the music. Olaf is a passionate guitarist and singer, and Silvans favorite instrument is the cello.
Together with a third band member, we formed a pop band that also felt at home in the folk corner.
After several years and a lot of great experiences together, the opportunity came to get Olaf onboard in my rapidly-growing business: IVA.
Together we are:- Better, because we bring with us 19+ years of experience in IT, and many years of project, quality, and process management.
- Faster, because we get even more suggestions and ideas on how we can make processes even leaner.
- Stronger, because we bundle our financial power for our customers
Hello, my name is Olaf.
I joined IVA as co-director in mid-2017. Silvan and I have a very similar idea of how to run a business.
Small and mid-sized businesses are increasingly feeling the pressure of larger competitors. These larger firms can outsource parts of their business to foreign countries so that they can optimize their costs. I'd like to have this kind of globalization let smaller businesses operate more efficiently as well. That way, they can focus on their core strengths.

Ever since I founded IVA UG in 2013, I've been very close to you, the customer, and to all of our assistants, the people who try every day to make your life a little better.
My vision for FLOWYZE is that you will be able to regain the freedom you once had for the truly important tasks in your life. Freedom with which you can do the things in your life that are really important to you. I will be with you 100% all the way along the path to this goal.

Auf der dringenden Suche nach einer virtuellen Assistenz wurde mir FLOWYZE | IVA - Ihr virtueller Assistent GmbH empfohlen. Nach der ersten digitalen Anmeldung, erfolgte eine umgehende persönliche und sehr freundliche Kontaktaufnahme.
